Welcome to PACA MK
“An independent voice influencing change by representing what matters to SEND families in MK”
PACA MK is an independent and voluntary group of parents and carers of children and young people with disabilities or additional needs.
The group is open to parents and carers of children and young people aged 0—25 years old with disabilities or additional needs who live in the city of Milton Keynes.
PACA MK is organised by a committee of parents and carers and has a steering group which meets regularly.
PACA MK works in collaboration with service providers in health, education, social care and leisure services in Milton Keynes. Our aim is to fully include parents and carers in the development and improvement of local services. Membership is free and you’ll receive the benefits of being a member, including:
Newsletters with local news, events, and resources.
The opportunity to participate in upcoming events and workshops.
The opportunity to connect with other Parents and Carers in the local area
We aim to enable parents and carers to be fully involved in the way local services are planned, and how decisions are made, and PACA regularly asks for feedback on local services via:
Surveys
Consultations
Events and Workshops
Please get involved in these, as your voice counts! Whilst we cannot represent any individual issues, we can share common views of parents/carers.
