PACA MK consults with parents and carers to discover what is really happening within services and to gather suggestions on how services can be improved.

Events and activities
We run a variety of events to offer you an opportunity to have your say and to share experiences with like-minded people.
- Social and family events in the evenings, weekends or school holidays, with free refreshments and children’s activities.
- Forum meetings with a free crèche and invited speakers.
- Special projects such as our mystery shopper scheme and our DVD about home to school transport.
- Training for parents and carers to gain confidence in participating in meetings and getting their voice heard.
